Licensing
- Priced per licensed tenant, from one tenant, with no minimum beyond that. Every tenant your deployment manages counts, including your own home tenant and a tenant that only uses Atlas Reach. At your licensed quantity, adding another tenant waits until you raise it; no tenant you already manage is removed or disabled.
- Each licensed tenant includes 50 usage units a month, pooled across every tenant and every metered add-on (the End User Portal, Atlas Ink, Atlas Reach and Atlas Spool). Units are prepaid at $1 each, and the pool is a hard cap: nothing is billed in arrears.
- MSP Capabilities is an optional, account-wide upgrade at $50 per licensed tenant a month. When it is on it applies to every licensed tenant, billed for the same quantity as the plan. It adds Atlas Command (the all-tenants console and cross-tenant analytics), MSP branding and the white-label package; it unlocks no other feature.
- White labeling customizes the visual presentation only. It does not transfer ownership of Atlas AVD software or intellectual property and does not grant any right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Atlas AVD software itself. How an MSP packages, prices, or bills its own services is its decision; it remains responsible for its customer agreements, support commitments, and taxes.
- Product support is free on Atlas AVD: bugs, errors, a feature that does not work as documented, and licensing or billing questions, by email or an in-app ticket. Atlas Advisor answers first, and our team follows up during US business hours on a best-effort basis. Support hours are $200 an hour, sold as prepaid blocks of 5 hours for $1,000 or 10 hours for $1,800, each usable for 12 months from purchase. No plan includes a guaranteed response time, 24×7 coverage, a phone line, or a service level agreement.

What does MSP Capabilities add, and what does it cost?

It applies to every tenant you license: ten tenants with MSP Capabilities are $2,490 a month. Every AVD feature is the same with or without it.
Does adding users or session hosts change the price?
No. Atlas AVD is never priced per user or per host: AVD users, session hosts and host pools are unlimited and never use a unit. The price changes only when you change the number of tenants you license, or turn MSP Capabilities on or off.
Can I prepay?
Yes. At $199 per tenant per month, prepaying one year saves $238.80 per tenant, two years save $716.40, and three years save $1,432.80, at 10%, 15% and 20% off the whole subscription, MSP Capabilities and recurring units included.
Does my own tenant count?
Yes. Every tenant your deployment manages counts toward your licensed quantity, including your own home tenant and a tenant that only uses Atlas Reach.
