Yes. The Atlas user portal gives browser-based access to a full desktop with no installation on the personal device, and conditional access policies let you decide which devices and locations qualify.

Atlas provides a chronological record of environment changes, and Atlas Vault logs every credential retrieval. Both can be exported, and telemetry can be forwarded to Log Analytics for retention on your own schedule.
