Can I white-label Atlas AVD for my clients?

Yes. MSP plans include white-label branding: your logo, company name, brand colours, support contact details, and a custom login experience. Clients interact with your brand, and how you package, price, and bill the service to them is entirely up to you.

Where does Atlas AVD run — my tenant or my client's?

Accepted Answer

Atlas deploys into each client's own Azure subscription via ARM templates, so their session hosts, profile storage, and data stay in their tenant. You manage all of those deployments from a single MSP console with delegated access.

Question 3

How is one client's data kept separate from another's?

Accepted Answer

Tenant isolation is enforced at the platform level: configuration, policy, credentials, and telemetry are scoped per tenant, and role segmentation means an engineer only sees the client tenants they have been assigned.

How many client tenants can I manage?

What happens to my clients if we part ways?

Accepted Answer

Because every deployment lives in the client's own Azure subscription, the infrastructure remains theirs. There is no vendor-hosted environment to migrate off and no customer data held outside their tenant.
