Aggregated Cost Visibility gives MSP operators a single Spend & Budgets view that rolls each managed client tenant's actual month-to-date Azure spend into one portfolio total, alongside per-tenant budgets and forecasts. See total book-of-business spend and where it's going, client by client, then open any tenant for its own cost breakdown. This is part of Atlas Command, which comes with the optional MSP Capabilities upgrade; it is not included with Community, or with Atlas AVD on its own.
