Choose your operating system
- Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server: Install the Atlas Reach Agent on Windows. Uses the .msi installer, with the ready-made command, the wizard, or a silent install for Intune, Group Policy, or Configuration Manager.
- macOS (Apple silicon or Intel), preview: Install the Atlas Reach Agent on macOS. Uses the .pkg installer, including the Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions remote control needs.
- Linux with systemd (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Fedora, Rocky, Alma, SUSE, openSUSE), preview: Install the Atlas Reach Agent on Linux. Uses the .deb and .rpm packages, including X11 and Wayland desktops and headless servers.
Which package do I need?
Download the packages from the Download Agent menu at the top of the Atlas Reach page. Every package enrolls and reports the same way; only the packaging differs.
- Windows: AtlasAvdAgent.msi (64-bit), AtlasAvdAgent-x86.msi (32-bit), or AtlasAvdAgent-arm64.msi (ARM64).
- Intune: the same three Windows installers packaged as Win32 apps (.intunewin), ready to upload to Intune as-is.
- macOS: atlas-reach-agent.pkg. One package covers both Apple silicon and Intel.
- Debian, Ubuntu, and derivatives: atlas-reach-agent_amd64.deb or atlas-reach-agent_arm64.deb.
- RHEL, Fedora, Rocky, Alma, SUSE, openSUSE, and derivatives: atlas-reach-agent.x86_64.rpm or atlas-reach-agent.aarch64.rpm.
Every platform starts with an enrollment token
The enrollment token binds a device to your tenant; the agent never chooses its own tenant. Open Atlas Reach (Atlas Operations → Reach in the sidebar), go to the Enrollment tab, click New token, and click Mint token. One token works for every operating system and can enroll a whole rollout. After minting, Atlas shows a ready-made install command for the operating system you pick, with your server address and token already filled in.
New devices wait as Pending approval on the Devices tab until an administrator approves them (unless the Auto-approve enrolled devices setting is on). This is the same on every operating system.
