Question 1

What does “unlimited” actually mean?

Accepted Answer

There is no tenant allowance on this plan. It remains subject to fair-use, security, and platform terms; it is not a licence to run an unbounded environment outside those terms.

Question 2

Does the tenant count include my own?

Accepted Answer

No. The allowance counts the customer tenants you manage. Your own home tenant, where you run Atlas AVD, never counts toward it.

Question 3

Do I pay more as my customers hire more people?

Accepted Answer

No. Every MSP plan includes unlimited AVD users and unlimited technicians, and there is no per-user AVD management fee. Your plan changes only when the number of customer tenants you manage does.

Question 4

Can I move down if my customer count drops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans can be changed in either direction; MSP Enterprise covers up to fifty customer tenants. Moving down never removes a tenant you already manage: adding new ones simply pauses until you are within the allowance.
