Question 1

What changes between MSP Starter and MSP Professional?

Accepted Answer

The customer-tenant allowance goes from five to fifteen and support moves from MSP Standard to MSP Priority. The platform, white-label capabilities, unlimited AVD users and technicians, and Atlas Advisor entitlement are identical.

Question 2

Can I move up mid-term?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans can be changed as your customer count grows; you are not locked to the plan you started on.

Question 3

Does the tenant count include my own?

Accepted Answer

No. The allowance counts the customer tenants you manage. Your own home tenant, where you run Atlas AVD, never counts toward it.

Question 4

Do I pay more as my customers hire more people?

Accepted Answer

No. Every MSP plan includes unlimited AVD users and unlimited technicians, and there is no per-user AVD management fee. Your plan changes only when the number of customer tenants you manage does.

Question 5

Do my customers know they are using Atlas AVD?

Accepted Answer

The interface carries your brand. Atlas AVD remains acknowledged in legal, licensing, administrative, and required attribution areas; white labeling changes presentation, not ownership.
