The licensed tenant limit goes from ten to twenty-five and support moves from MSP Standard to MSP Priority. The platform, white-label capabilities, and Atlas Advisor entitlement are identical.

Is the portal charged per customer end user?

No. Every MSP plan includes the end-user self-service portal with no per-active-user charge, however many of your customers' users sign in.
