Licensing

• Licensed for managing an unlimited number of customer tenants with the products Multi-Tenant Lite includes, subject to Atlas AVD licence terms. Multi-Tenant Lite includes no Azure Virtual Desktop management.
• Atlas Reach, Atlas Ink, Atlas Spool and the End User Portal are metered in units, drawing on the 250 units included each month and any units you buy in advance. Every managed device is a unit on Multi-Tenant Lite, Azure VMs included. Usage beyond them is declined, never billed in arrears. Atlas Resolve DNS filtering is included with Atlas Reach and uses no units of its own.
• Unlimited technicians, with no per-technician charge.
• White labeling customizes visual presentation only. It transfers no ownership of Atlas AVD software or intellectual property and grants no right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software itself.
• Atlas AVD remains acknowledged in legal, licensing, administrative, and required attribution areas.
• How you package, price, or bill your own managed services is your decision. You remain responsible for your customer agreements, service delivery, support commitments, taxes, and regulatory obligations.
• May be billed monthly or prepaid for one, two, or three years at 10%, 15%, or 20% off, paid in full up front.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Atlas AVD just as an RMM?

Yes. That is what Multi-Tenant Lite is for: Atlas Reach as your RMM, with Atlas Ink, Atlas Vault, Atlas Advisor, the Integrations hub, and Atlas Command with full white-label branding, plus Atlas Resolve DNS filtering, Atlas Spool and Atlas Flow, for unlimited customers and unlimited technicians. It does not include Azure Virtual Desktop management; that starts on Multi-Tenant 5.

How much does Multi-Tenant Lite cost for my client base?

The plan is a flat monthly fee with 250 units included, and each managed device is one unit a month, Azure VMs included: Multi-Tenant Lite has no free devices. Eight clients with 200 endpoints between them fit inside the included units, so you pay the plan price alone. Twenty clients with 600 endpoints use 350 more units, about $1.42 an endpoint in all. Atlas Resolve DNS filtering is included with Atlas Reach and adds no units; Atlas Ink adds one unit per active signature user.

Is there a limit on customer tenants?

No. Multi-Tenant Lite manages as many customer tenants as you have. Every one of them is a customer you manage with Atlas Reach and the other Multi-Tenant Lite products, so none needs an Azure subscription.

What if a customer wants Azure Virtual Desktop later?

Move to Multi-Tenant 5, which adds Azure Virtual Desktop and its Azure tooling. Its customer-tenant allowance counts only the customers you manage in Azure, so your customers that only use Atlas Reach never count toward it, and moving up never puts you over the new allowance.

Does Multi-Tenant Lite include full white-label branding?

Yes. Every MSP plan carries the full white-label package: your logo, brand name, colors, support information, login experience, the customer-facing branded portal, a custom email sender, custom CSS, and hiding the "Powered by Atlas AVD" badge. Custom domain support is available as it ships.
