Per-Tenant Policy Enforcement

Give each tenant its own settings, on top of one global standard.

Per-Tenant Policy Enforcement gives each managed tenant its own settings in the Settings Matrix, which resolves every setting Global → Tenant → Host Pool. A Global baseline applies to every tenant. Each tenant can override it, and each host pool can override its tenant. Atlas applies the effective value to the session hosts and Atlas Reach devices it manages. Each tenant's values are stored in that tenant's own database, so one tenant's settings never change another's.

Key capabilities

  • A Tenant level in the Settings Matrix for each managed tenant, covering sessions, provisioning, FSLogix, security, Defender, Atlas Reach and BitLocker settings
  • Group Policy Editor view of ADMX templates and Windows security settings, configured per tenant or per host pool
  • Host pools inherit their tenant's settings unless you override them, and the matrix shows the effective value and where it comes from
  • Tenant-level changes push to running session hosts for supported settings, and new or reimaged hosts get them at build time
  • Browse any tenant you can access from one console without switching your active tenant
  • Only a Super Administrator can change the Global baseline that every tenant inherits
  • Settings History records each change per tenant, with who made it and the old and new value, and exports to CSV, Excel or PDF
