Basic Savings Tracking records the savings Atlas AVD's automation actually produces: Auto On/Off schedules, autoscale drain and shutdown, VM deallocations, and disk-tier and SKU changes. Each action opens a savings event that accrues while the change is in effect, rolled up into an estimated monthly figure and a lifetime total you can report.
